Joshua W. Korver is a respected insurance industry leader, legal professional, and risk management advisor with a strong background in engineering, law, and specialty insurance. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington, where he focused his legal career as an intellectual property patent attorney. Josh is currently the President of The Insurance Center, An Alaskan Corporation, an independently owned Alaska-based managing general agency serving insurance agents and customers across the state.
Throughout his career, Joshua has earned a reputation as a highly sought-after professional known for his legal insight, risk management acumen, and thoughtful leadership within the insurance industry. He has received numerous industry honors, including the prestigious WSIA/AAMGA Earl Dillard Award awarded for volunteerism and leadership. He served as President of NAGA Solutions from 2017 to 2024 and currently serves as Vice President and Legal Counsel for NAGA Solutions. He is also actively involved with his alma mater and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Gonzaga University Alaska Chapter Alumni Association.
Outside of his professional work, Joshua enjoys watching sports, especially his beloved Gonzaga Basketball team and the Seattle Mariners, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys working on puzzles and playing both video and in-person games with those closest to him. A true movie buff, Joshua is especially known for his love of science fiction and technological advancements in media and entertainment.
